"I started my career in digital marketing by creating branding packages, websites, social post schedules, and graphic design assets for my own personal business, which gained popularity among customers and became a passion project for several years. After supplementing this experience with a college degree and years of work with digital marketing agencies (collaborating with a long list of clients in widely varying industries all over the country), I spent several years working with a contemporary international fashion brand offering elevated UPF apparel.

I've spent most of my life in central Maine, but left to travel as an adult. After moving from state to state repeatedly, I was inspired to embrace the nomadic lifestyle full-time and built my own tiny home on wheels. (#VanLife!) I traveled the country with my pitbull -- "very small cow" -- riding shotgun, doing design and marketing work remotely while soaking in views across the nation.

I am now settled (for now) in northern Minnesota, where I spend my free time continuing to explore the gorgeous lakes and pristine northern forests in the van with my pibble. I am THRILLED to be working with CrossFit St. Augustine to help expand the CFSTA #CrossFitFam. It's an absolute privilege to have connected with this network of consistently kind, genuine, dedicated, upbeat, and supportive humans. This community has become a central part of my life, despite working together from thousands of miles away."
